Banks Credit Repairs
By enrolling in services with Banks Credit Repairs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided
Banks Credit Repairs agrees to provide credit repair services, including reviewing credit reports, identifying inaccurate or unverifiable items, and submitting disputes to credit bureaus and creditors on the client’s behalf.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Client understands that results are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on credit bureaus, creditors, and the accuracy of the information reported. Banks Credit Repairs does not guarantee specific score increases or deletions.
3. Payment Terms
All fees must be paid as agreed before services begin. Client agrees that payments are for services rendered, including time, administrative work, and expertise.
4. No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of credit repair services, once work has started, no refunds will be issued.
5. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain active credit monitoring (if required)
• Avoid applying for excessive new credit during the process
• Respond promptly to any requests for documentation
Failure to comply may affect results.
6. Credit Monitoring Requirement
Client agrees to maintain an active credit monitoring account (such as SmartCredit or similar) throughout the duration of services to allow proper tracking and updates.
7. Communication & Updates
Clients will receive updates every 30–45 days per dispute cycle. Communication will be conducted via the agreed method (email, text, or client portal).
8. Service Timeline
Credit repair is a process that may take several months. Client understands that results vary and timelines are not guaranteed.
9. Termination of Services
Banks Credit Repairs reserves the right to terminate services at any time due to non-compliance, lack of communication, or misuse of services. No refunds will be issued upon termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
Banks Credit Repairs is not responsible for any decisions made by credit bureaus, creditors, or third parties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services.
